Beautiful zoo and well cared for animals. The staff were the let down all grumpy and terrible customer service! Advertise that the safari starts at 9am but made us sit in bus running until more people come so made us miss the first show ridiculous!
I went to the Bali Safari and Marine Park with a friend and expected a lot from it. Luckily we could pay the local price for the entrance since we work here on Bali and brought our Kitas. Around $10 instead of $30. Entering the park it looks al really new and nice. The atmosphere was good. However for every single thing you had to pay extra.
